Privacy Policy

Velora Creative Studio uses the information you share to respond to enquiries, manage your account and deliver your projects.

What we collect

We collect your name, email address, project briefs, messages, references and deliverable files. Account passwords are stored as hashes. We also keep limited security records, such as request-rate counters, and administrator activity records.

How we use and share it

Your information is used for project communication, account verification, password resets and service delivery. Hosting and email providers process information required to operate these services. Client projects and uploaded reference files are restricted to that client and authorised studio administrators. Public portfolio material is managed separately by the studio.

Cookies and external services

The client portal uses an essential session cookie for login and security. This version does not include advertising trackers. Google Fonts may receive your IP address when fonts load. Social media, WhatsApp and externally linked media have their own privacy practices.

Retention and your requests

Project records and files are retained while needed for the client relationship and any agreed delivery period. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for an applicable obligation. Private backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle.

Terms of Service

Project agreement

Submitting an enquiry or creating a client account does not place a paid order. Deliverables, timelines, pricing, payment arrangements and included revisions must be agreed before work begins. Package descriptions are an invitation to discuss scope; prices and third-party fees are confirmed in your quote.

Client materials and approvals

Please provide accurate instructions and only upload material you are authorised to share. Review deliverables and provide consolidated feedback through your project. Approval and additional revision arrangements follow the agreed project scope.

Creative work

Portfolio concepts are labelled separately from commissioned work. AI-assisted outputs may require human review and refinement. Ownership, licences, source-file delivery and permission to display client work in the portfolio must be agreed for each project.

Marketing and seller services

We do not guarantee sales, advertising performance, marketplace reinstatement, bank account approval or company registration outcomes. Platform and authority decisions remain with those organisations. Eligibility requirements and third-party fees can apply. Bookkeeping, tax filing and additional registrations are outside the listed company-support scope.

Accounts and files

Keep your login private. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, passwords or unnecessary identity documents. Download your final deliverables and keep your own copy. File storage and upload limits apply.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Changes in scope, cancellation and any refund arrangements are agreed in the project quote or service agreement. Contact the studio promptly if you need to change or stop a project.
